John Dumas M.S. is an internationally renowned musician, shamanic astrologer, inspirational teacher, and pioneer in sound healing. With an educational background in fine arts, psychology, and the study of indigenous cultures, he has developed a unique sound therapy ceremony called “Shamanic Journey Into Dreamtime.” This interactive experience uses his unique handcrafted flutes and didgeridoos to facilitate healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
His commitment to inspiring love, empowerment, and unity has led him to perform and lead ceremonies in many countries and sacred sites, including inside Egyptian pyramids, Mayan temples, and England’s stone circles. He has several recordings that explore the infinite realm of dreamtime, ranging from tribal/world trance to meditative soundscapes.
John calls Hawaii home, where he continues to create his instruments, perform concerts, facilitate healing ceremonies, and enjoy the local wildlife.
