David Key is the current President & CEO of the Greater Sedona Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau. A nonprofit executive with a focus on sustainable growth and innovation, he previously served as the Director of Business Development at the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, where he focused on strengthening the relationship between small businesses and public institutions. A notable achievement from his time in Tempe was establishing a scholarship program with Amazon and Rio Salado Community College to upskill local employees.
Key has a background in the entertainment industry, having spent ten years as a concert promoter and tour manager, an experience that honed his skills in event management and stakeholder engagement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Arizona State University. In 2023, he was named a “40 Under 40” leader by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. He enjoys writing music and exploring nature in his personal time.
